When you place an order, we collect the information necessary to fulfill it: your name, email address, and shipping address. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card number or payment details.

If you contact us via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

How We Use It

We use your information solely to:

• Fulfill and ship your order
• Contact you about your order status or any issues
• Respond to inquiries you send us

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function:

• Cart cookie — stores the contents of your shopping cart between page visits
• Admin session cookie — used only by the site administrator to authenticate to the admin panel

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.

Third Parties

We work with the following service providers who may process your data as part of fulfilling your order:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your payment information is collected and stored by Stripe under their own privacy policy.
• Prodigi — print-on-demand fulfillment for fine art prints. Your name and shipping address are shared with Prodigi to produce and ship your order.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for order confirmations.

Data Retention

Order records are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill legal and accounting obligations (typically 7 years). Contact form messages are not retained beyond the period needed to respond.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Note that some data may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons even after a deletion request.
